When can I expect my order?


United States: 12-20 Business Days

Please allow for a longer shipping time during holiday seasons. You will always be notified prior to ordering on our website when we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times. This may occur near Christmas or other major holidays because local post offices are experiencing higher volume.


The expected delivery time is over, when can I expect my order?


99% of the time the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. Did you not receive anything 5 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us.


I miss a product in my order. How is that possible?


Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are sent separately from each other. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.


How do I change or cancel my order?


To cancel your order, we must hear from you at the latest by 11.59 PM EST on the day of ordering. It's worth noting that we are really quick at packing and processing your order. That's something we're really proud of, but it means we are not able to make any amendments to your order after the day of ordering. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
